Branches, reviews, merges, and CI — all addressable as first-class API surfaces, not just a UI to scrape. An agent is a principal with permissions, not a robot pretending to be a person.

Bubbins is built for the way Valni works — multi-doc managed permissions, sandbox-friendly, stay-in-app review. No tab-juggling between an editor and a separate forge.
